What's the retreat address?

Are transfers costs included?

No, but I always work hard to get us a decent group discount.

Do you help organise UK transfers?

Officially no, but if several people are travelling very early in the morning from Brighton & Hove to Gatwick, I often help book a taxi or minibus for convenience.

Do you help organise transfers in Turkey?

If you are getting the same flights as majority of group, yes, but even if you aren't, I often try and help the best I can. I will be in touch via Whatsapp regarding transfers and how to pay.

What should I bring?

passport
insurance
eye-mask (for yoga nidra/ night-time- fire regs mean there are illuminated signs in some rooms)
ear plugs (in case you share with a snorer!)
relaxed/ yoga clothes
thin thermal top and warm jumper (easy to pack- in Spring/ Autumn, Turkey can get very hot in the day but cool at night)
light rain coat (just in case!)
swimmers (bring a cheaper set for mud bath/ thermal springs too if booked)
sunhat
Cash: Turkish Lira (most places take cards and British cash but the occasional shop etc prefers Lira/ cash still- you can get these out with your bank card at the airport) and some cash pounds £ (if you have booked a massage/ settling any drinks bills).

Do I need a yoga mat and towels?

Yoga mats, yoga props, face & bath towels are all provided by the venue, as are pool towels. You can use Pure Life's pool towel on our excursion but if not returned, they will ask you to pay for a replacement.

Can you arrange an excursion and/ or a massage?

I can! I'm just finalising these exciting optional, extra activities! Please either check back here or I'll whatsapp with regards to how to pay and timings etc.

Are there any rules for this retreat?

Mainly to have a good time and relax but yes: INSURANCE (I claimed £9K a couple of years ago after an emergency operation... please make sure you have emailed me your up-to-date docs)✌🏼

Do you have an itinerary?

Yes! If I haven't already, I will send to you soon and have one printed for you in Turkey too.

Anything else important?

Contrary to some's beliefs, Turkey is not officially in Europe (97% is Asia, 3% is Europe), so your mobile network may charge you data roaming. The internet is a bit dodgy at the retreat venue, so I have found the best/ most cost effective thing to do is buy an e-sim and I have found www.airalo.com the best so far (download/ purchase in UK!). Or just turn your phone off!
