Immerse yourself in beautiful West Sussex countryside for a day retreat. Yoga & meditation will take place in a spacious yurt with beautiful surrounding scenery. There is plenty of time and space to explore acres of wild land and take a dip in the beautiful lake if you want to- we can light the wood burner to warm up afterwards if we need to.
The retreat starts with an energising flow to a meticulously planned playlist before melting into savasana. Our second practice sees us slow down to explore stillness in postures and mindful movement, followed by a deep dive into guided meditation.
We end with a delicious, vegan, gluten-free light lunch, home-made by Hannah at The Snug.
Take time out to look after your body, mind and, more importantly, your soul.

After a sold out retreat in 2021, with glowing guest reviews, we return to 20 acres of lush French woodland. This retreat venue is stunning yet unpretencious. Complete with fresh water swimming pool and an award-winning chef, the relaxed vibe allows you to completely unwind and melt in to your surroundings. With two optional daily yoga practices, local walks or a day-trip and all your meals catered for, this is a beautiful opportunity to rest and reset. Dive deeper in to your practice, take some proper time out for your 'self' and make some very special memories and friends in the process.
Please note most bathrooms are shared and some rooms are shared- this is refelcted in the price- this retreat is very affordable in comparison to others on the market. Return flights are from Gatwick to Toulouse with easyJet.
