After the success of our last programme, Sarah Williams of Nutrition For Life (also an NHS nurse) and Lucy Small of Yoga Music Flow are joining forces once again. Our next 2-week online programme will create an opportunity for us to boost our bodies during winter. The programme includes a Medical Symptoms Questionnaire (MSQ) sent in advance to tailor your detox, an introductory webinar, detailed 14-day detox plan, with delicious, nourishing recipes and lifestyle tips, six online, live yoga and meditation classes designed to support the body and mind throughout the detox, high-quality, high-strength supplements to support optimal liver function, a private facebook support group throughout and follow-up zoom at the end of the detox to help you continue with a healthier diet and lifestyle.

Saturday 12th June
Immerse yourself in beautiful West Sussex countryside for a day retreat. Yoga & meditation will take place in a spacious yurt with big double doors and beautiful surrounding scenery. There is plenty of time and space to explore acres of wild land if you want to (and even a dip in the beautiful lake). The afternoon starts with an energising flow to a meticulously planned playlist before melting into savasana. Our second practice sees us slow down to explore stillness in postures and mindful movement, followed by a deep dive into guided meditation. Spaces are very limited as mats need to be socially distanced in keeping with current guidelines. Take time out to look after your body, mind and more importantly, your soul.
