Spend the afternoon cocooned inside a beautiful dome at the foot of the South Downs- just 15 minutes from Hove. Immersed in nature, you will feel well and truly looked after by not one, but two Lucys!
Balancing the Yin & Yang
If you ever feel depleted in energy or, on the flipside, anxious, then it could be that your Qi (your vital energy, pronounced “chi”) is out of balance. Practices like yoga and acupuncture can help to bring the body back in to balance.

We'll start our day with an energising yang-inspired yoga flow, led by Lucy Small, designed to uplift. We'll then move in to the more yin part of the day- journeying deep in to relaxation. Experienced ear acupuncturist Lucy Stamp will explain the positive effects of this ancient practice, giving you the option to work with either needles or magnets.

Lucy Stamp will work on key points to help rebalance, calm and detoxify. The session, which can also help with sleep and mood, will be twinned with yoga nidra- led by Lucy Small- to go even deeper. We'll use this opportunity to set some powerful intentions. Thirty minutes of yoga nidra is said to be the equivalent of 2-3 hours sleep!
Why Ear Acupuncture?
Ear acupuncture detox is beneficial for aiding sleep, calming cravings, decreasing irritability, and balancing emotional issues.

The human body is constantly filtering and removing waste (toxins) through the skin, lungs, liver, kidneys, and intestines. An acupuncturist can target and assist the vital organs in one of their most important functions: removing these toxins from your body.

Ear acupuncture is particularly helpful to help bring a person’s body and mind into better balance and achieve homeostasis. The five needles are placed at specific points in both ears and left in place while you relax quietly. Twinned with yoga nidra, we go deep in to relaxation...
